Return & Exchange Policy

At BerDasu, we value your satisfaction and want you to love every product you purchase from us. If you face any issue with your order or the item is not as expected, we offer a clear and flexible return and exchange policy to protect your rights and maintain the quality of our products.
1. Return & Exchange Period
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any requests after this period has expired.
2. Conditions for Approval
To successfully process your request, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
All original accessories (such as box, dust bag, or tags) must be included.
The product must be free from any odors, stains, scratches, or signs of use.
Proof of purchase (invoice or payment confirmation) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Items that have been used, damaged, or altered from their original condition.
Items purchased under clearance sales or special discounts (unless they have a manufacturing defect).
Customized or altered products made according to the customer’s request.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

2. Explain the reason for your request and attach clear photos of the product.
3. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping instructions.
5. Shipping Costs
If the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, BerDasu will cover all shipping costs.
If the reason is a change of mind, size, or color, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs (both ways).
6. Refund Process
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing may take 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
In case of a return due to personal preference, any shipping or additional service fees will be deducted from the refund.
7. Important Notes
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery to ensure it meets your expectations.
Requests that do not meet our policy conditions may be declined.
